Howdy from the Forsters

We are proud to celebrate our 52nd Anniversary Sale here at Forster Red Angus. We are blessed to be in this business! I would like to give an extended thank you to all our friends/customers, and family who make this possible for us. I know it has

been a tough year for all farmers and ranchers. With the second drought this past summer, I often wonder how we all made it through.

These bulls were born in late spring of 2016 and weaned in November with no creep. They are put on a high roughage diet until spring. The calves are then turned out to pasture like summer yearlings. Prior to the sale we will supplement them to get ready for sale day. Our bulls are grown out and NOT finished out. Forster Red Angus believes this will ensure a better breeding bull that will have less maintenance and breed more cows for a longer servicing career. We have a lot of customers that continue to compliment us on how well our bulls stand up and how long they last.

Our family sure has grown! Zane continues to stay busy trucking, and working on the ranch. His son, Donny, is in the 4th grade, and is having a blast playing football, basketball, and rodeoing. Seth and his wife, Kristen, live in Mott. Seth is busy running his hotshot company, and Kristen is doing well with her Dental Clinic. They have three beautiful children, Carter (4), Anastasia (3), and Adriana (1). Jack, Seth’s step-son, is in the 8th grade and busy playing all sports! Kaitlyn is working in Dickinson at Entrec Cranes. She is still busy helping with all aspects of the ranch, and her Red Angus herd has grown! Tate, Libby, and Dak live in Dickinson. Tate is still working for Whiting Oil and Gas, and Libby still works at Titan Machinery. Dak is a busy 1-year-old boy! I am very thankful for Libby and her graphic design business! She has created our catalog cover the last few years, and has helped on our ads! Grandma Sally is doing great as always.

If any of you need help in your selection, feel free to let us know and we will be more than willing to help you out in any way we can. You are also more than welcome to stop by the ranch, and view our cattle at any time.

We look forward to seeing you at the sale!

Sincerely,
Kenny Forster and Family

Our cattle are a part of who we are, not just what we do!
